Speaker Biographies

JAMES ANTUNES is the President and Chief Executive Officer of A.J. Antunes & Co., a manufacturer of food service equipment. The company is a privately held, female-owned family business with sales of $25 million.

Mr. Antunes also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM) and is a Level 1 (highest) Certified Food Service Professional. He is also a member of the National Association of Manufacturers, the Illinois Manufacturers Association, and the Misericordia Parents Association.

In addition to his corporate duties, Jim and his wife Mary are part of InterNet Associates and have formed H.O.P.E. International, a consulting service which specializes in establishing electronic commerce business opportunities. Mr. Antunes is a 1976 graduate of Marquette University.
